The congregation of Georgetown Lutheran Church is made up of people from all walks of life. We are single individuals and single parents, couples and families, seniors and children, lifelong Lutherans and newcomers to Christianity. We are a Reconciled in Christ congregation and welcome all people, regardless of sexual orientation. In short, everyone is welcome at Georgetown Lutheran.
Georgetown Lutheran is a member of the Metropolitan Washington, DC Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
